Suspecting Infidelity? DIY or Private Investigator?

If you suspect your spouse is cheating, and you want to prove it in court, then don't count on a "DIY" (Do It Yourself) project to try your case. When you need rock-solid evidence hire a “reputable” private investigator.

Winning custody is very difficult. A courtroom is no place for the faint at heart and lack of strategy. “If you fail to plan, plan to fail.” A private investigator can tender real solutions and winning strategies.

After solving more than two thousand cases of infidelity, Bill Mitchell author of The More You Know – Getting the evidence and support you need to investigate a troubled relationship understands the influence a successful investigation brings.

Mitchell says “Discovering your spouse or partner is cheating on you is very devastating but you must know the truth!” How can you know for sure? Turning to the investigative industry has real benefits. What are they?

Time is of the essence. Depending on the length of an affair, your spouse may end the affair preventing the opportunity for you to prove it. On average extramarital affairs last six months to a year. Statistically, they end without any knowledge by their marital partners or significant other.

Stumbling upon an affair is also rare.

In other cases, a process server will be the first time you realize the marriage is over. You will be left for another. Waiting or delaying action to prove your case is problematic. “I receive calls from clients who waited too long. Unfortunately, it’s too late and that’s a shame.” Mitchell adds.
Satisfy a "Need to Know”. “Over four decades I’ve come to recognize that more than half of our clients had invested in investigative services just to satisfy their curiosity and doubts.” Mitchell adds.

On their wish list was learning who the other person was, what they looked like, where they met, the extent of the relationship and much more. These looming questions loomed drove them to find out. Their sense of urgency and desire compelled them to know details. Then they could deal with their circumstances, move on or decide their options.

And of course, truth changes the playing field.

Chance of something going wrong. The danger that injury or damage will occur is real. Surveillance is an art and requires skillful experience. In some states, laws prohibit conducting an investigation without a license.

There is a price to pay for unlicensed private investigators that enter other states without proper licensing. States regulate investigators and spying on others. Criminal charges protect the right to privacy in some states.

You must know the law.

Professional testimony compels a reaction and attracts a strong interest in what you claim.
Combined with documents, records, phone/bank accounts and witnesses get results. There is a force at work whenever facts demonstrate deceit. A judge will interpret dishonesty.

Discrediting is key!

When your investigator obtains viable evidence, use it in your family’s best interest and advantage. Especially when proving you are the best custodial parent.

Impulsive behavior contributes to legal woes.Domestic investigations always bring concern for private investigators. One notable case resulted in vehicular homicide. Scorned wife Clara Harris interrupted her spouse’s rendezvous. Her rage turned to murder running him over with her car.
Clearly, when an investigation is warranted, do yourself a favor and hire a professional – then keep your distance.

Why jeopardize your future?
